Great Project to build for a lovely family.

Nebular constructions have now been building for 20 years in the Perth Hills, bringing together local Tradesman to complete bespoke homes and renovations. Enjoyed celebrating that milestone building this project with my son Ryan.
And to to set this job apart from other homes in the area it was great to collaborate with the owner's tradesman to complete the exceptional timber feature cladding.

Recent Completion of the Bedfordale project with the intention of connecting the existing outbuilding to the home with the addition of a second storey over the double garage and because we had lots of space a mezzanine was also added.

West Australians could soon be able to skip planning approvals for small projects such as patios, decks and extensions under proposed State Government reforms to get the state building again.
