The new footpath on Logan Reserve Rd has a… unique design.

This isn’t good.

I am going through the planning documents this weekend and will be touching base with the project team first thing on Monday.

Our community secured funding for a footpath on Logan Reserve Rd.

Construction has started but there is a drain in the way.

The pit drain was built in 2020 next to a development at the time.

The area was already designated for growth by the government at that time so a future footpath was reasonable to expect.

Why was the pit drain built in the path of a footpath?

Why was the new footpath built with this design to curb around the drain?
