PIQUE

26/10/2026

Before a PIQUE home gets its view, it gets this one.

This is one of our yards, with homes at different stages all coming together before they head off across WA.

We like to think this is the first home of PIQUE homes.

We’re incredibly proud to see one of our client homes, Gooseberry Views, receive the Modular and Prefabricated Housing of the Year award at the HIA COLORBOND® steel Perth Housing Awards on Saturday night! ✨

It’s always special to see a project we’ve been part of recognised for its excellence, and Gooseberry Views is certainly one to celebrate.

A huge congratulations to our wonderful clients Mark & Gordon, and everyone involved in bringing this project to life 🖤

Meet Mike 👋

Our Group Sales Manager here at PIQUE, helping turn ideas into spaces that feel like home.

Here’s a little look at the homes we create and the people who bring them to life. 🤍

Like what you see? The Shorehouse is on display at 13 Boom Street in Gnangara.

Not a bad view from up here.

Some homes make more sense when you pull back.

The house. The land. The space around it. All working together.

20/10/2026

Every PIQUE starts with a design. None of them end up quite the same.

The site changes it. The view changes it. The finishes, the floorplan and the way you want to live all leave their mark.

This is one slice of PIQUE. Yours could look completely different.

We’re extremely proud to see our Managing Director Jessica Berry featured on the cover of Business News, sharing her insights on how the brick shortage is driving change across WA’s building industry.

As demand for alternative building methods grows, Jess highlights how modular construction is helping address industry challenges, improve efficiency and deliver quality homes across Western Australia.

A great feature recognising the role of innovation in shaping the future of housing. 👏

Tim Treadgold wraps up the News with a report on what a cancelled public listing might mean amid the scramble to monetise AI.

Lots to love, and still room for more.

Dillon’s Drift started with our Kardonay, then was shaped around its coastal location. The modules were offset to point the living spaces and master suite towards the best views, with raked ceilings, skylights and a corner window making even more of what was already a pretty spectacular spot.

Now it’s taken out HIA Great Southern Modular and Prefabricated Housing of the Year.

A good starting point can take you a long way.

Timber Ridge started with our Kardonay, then its owners made it their own. An extended island bench, more pantry space and a north-facing deck all helped shape the home around the way they wanted to live and the Margaret River landscape around them.

Now it’s taken out HIA South West Modular and Prefabricated Housing of the Year.

Small Footprint. Big Win.

Woodland Retreat started with our Shorehouse One, then Barry made it his own. A smaller footprint, some smart changes and a home designed to sit comfortably alongside the existing residence and amongst the trees.

Now it’s taken out HIA South West Affordable Housing of the Year.
