Administration Assistant (Roof Tiling Industry)
Casual / Part-Time – 15 to 20 hours per week
We are a small, fast-growing roof tiling company based in the Tweed Heads area, seeking a mature and experienced Administration Assistant to join our team. This is a flexible role offering 15–20 hours per week, with the potential for increased hours as the business continues to grow.
About the Role:
This position is ideal for someone who is organised, proactive, and confident managing a variety of administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Payroll processing
Invoicing and general accounts (Xero)
Liaising with customers and clients
Appointment scheduling and coordination
Monitoring and responding to phone enquiries (across weekdays)
General administrative support
About You:
Proven administration experience (building/construction industry highly regarded)
Strong working knowledge of Xero (essential)
Experience with Tradeify or similar job management software preferred
Excellent communication and organisational skills
High level of trustworthiness, discretion, and ability to maintain strict confidentiality
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Working Hours & Flexibility:
Approximately 15–20 hours per week
Thursday availability is essential
Flexibility with other working days for the right applicant
