This is a repair I recently did from some water damage from the existing structure. I had to cut out the damaged area and replace the timber that was rotten with new timber then I put some new plasterboard on and plastered it with a base coat and top coat then applied paint and finished the job off with installing air vents so there would be a breathable space in the wall. It came out very well and the clients were very happy.

The ongoing heavy rains recently in South East Queensland made working on this project it a bit more challenging but it was lovely bringing this project together.. I am very happy with this job. The client is also very happy. the client said “I didn’t think it would look this good“ we always aim to exceed in everything that we do.

It’s been a while since my last post but I’m keen to get posting again, this was a carport I built two weeks ago for a very kind gentleman named Chris. He wanted a carport to protect his car from the rainy season in Queensland in the coming months.
