Another successful unblocking of a sewer line down stream of this toilet.
In this case the sewer tee has separated/ broke away allowing large roots in, even tho we have unblocked the line and cleared the roots, they will grow back, so we have marked the location of the problem.
The customer now has the option to repair or clear again when the roots grow back.

You can see in below picture the green marked line which is run of the sewer pipe and the yellow marked arrow is the break.

Recently Eco Plumbers carried out leak detection for a client who received a water bill of 2000+ $. Using state of the art acoustic listening device we found the leak within the hour under the drive way, we then could cut the concrete in the accurate location for repairs.
A tip.. if your water meter is moving (far right dial) within a few mins with no plumbing fixtures leaking or on you could possibly have a leak.

Recent 125 litre hot water unit installation.. this hot water unit is installed inside and there is no drainage for the safe tray, so we installed a Mildred valve which is battery operated and if the tray has any leakage the main water supply will shut off.
The original hot water unit leaked and flooded the home, this can be avoided with the use of one of these mildred valves.
