Before starting a pest control activity at a location for a customer, a licensed technician must give the customer a notice (a pre-treatment pest control advice) for the activity per Section 13 of the Medicines and Poisons (Pest Management Activities) Regulation 2021 in the State of Queensland. The pre-treatment pest control advice may be given personally, by mail or electronically.

We only use pesticides & fumigants that are approved by the Department of Primary Industry and Energy's Australian Pesticides & Veterinary Medicines Authority (APVMA) and registered for use in accord with a Permit issued by APVMA or State Authority.
Under the Act, the technician must not use a pesticide for the activity unless the pesticide is a substance that is APVMA approved for use to carry out the activity.
The licensed technician will use only pest management agents and products approved by the Australian Pesticides and Veterinary Medicines Authority (APVMA) and registered for use within the relevant State or Territory or under a Permit issued by APVMA or State Authority.

Before we commence work, you must advise us of any persons or pets on-site, that have any allergies, or other health concerns.
As a precaution, persons who may be particularly sensitive or suffer from allergic reactions to chemicals should remain out of the premises for up to twenty-four (24) hours and not return until after the premises have been thoroughly ventilated. Leave any air-conditioners on โvent modeโ (so they circulate outside air into the building) at least four hours after the treatment or re-occupying.
Should you suspect anyone has come into contact with a treated area and has been affected, contact the Poisons Information Centre on 13 11 26 and have this notice with you.

* You Must advise us if you have a current cockroach Infestation in your home
* Do not book in any other tradesmen, cleaners etc.. at the same time as your Pest Service
* Housekeeping like sweeping, moping and vacuuming should be completed before our arrival
* Clear clutter and children's toys from floor areas, especially around skirting/kick-boards, so we can have good access to treat skirting boards.
* Long grass is best mowed before spray treatment.
* Remove any pet foods and water bowls before treatment
* Do not hang out any washing clothes out on the clothes line
* You must put away or cover all food items and utensils
* Fish tanks and bird cages will need to be covered up with a towel or removed from rooms during spraying
* Stay out of house whilst the Pest spray treatment is being carried out
* Pest control is best done after any painting or renovations you may have planned
* When we are spraying outside of house it is recommended to close windows and doors to avoid drift spray entering the home
* You must put away or cover all food items and utensils for humans, pets and animals before treatment, as directed.

* Avoid all contact with spray treated areas until they have dried. It will usually take 30 minutes for spray treated skirting boards to dry out.
* Stay out of rooms until sprayed surfaces have dried off, leave windows open to help with drying and ventilation
* Do not touch any wet spray treated areas or gel baits
* If your roof void has been dust treated - When in future you are gaining access to or working in the roof void or subfloor areas, you should wear overalls and gloves, and a respirator to avoid contact with any insecticidal products. The overalls and gloves should be washed immediately and separate from other washing or disposed of as soon as practicable
* It is normal to see an increase activity weeks after a pest control has been done. The treatment will have flushed them out and within the next few weeks after the pests come in contact with the treated areas they will slowly die off
Water Tanks - We will not spray treat around any opening to water tanks
Vegetable Gardens - We will not spray treat around any vegetable or fruit gardens. You must advise us if you have any other sensitive areas in the garden you do not want spray treated. You must advise us if you have any outdoor fish ponds or pet animal enclosures.

โข We make no efficacy claims for general pest treatments beyond the claims made by the manufacturer of each APVMA approved pesticide subject to the environmental conditions, hygiene and sanitation requirements indicated on the latest APVMA approved product label.
โข We DO NOT exceed the number of residual applications indicated on the product label per year.
โข We DO NOT apply insecticides โoff labelโ to treat pests not listed on the APVMA approved product label.
โข We ONLY apply treatments at the registered application rates on the product label for target pests
Your General Pest Control service may involve one or more of the following procedures, depending on the level of pest infestation and the selected pest control service.
Internal liquid application to the internal perimeter ie. skirtings and kick-boards. Liquid application to external perimeter of the house, including, outside walls, window frames, doors, under eaves and gutters, gardens, around pools, outdoor furniture, sheds etc..
Application of Dust powders, liquids, cockroach and ant bait gels where needed.

Any warranty on this Pest Control Service will be listed on our Pest Control Invoice
NO WARRANTIES will be given to houses with an already severe COCKROACH INFESTATIONS.
Houses that have an already severe cockroach infestations such as German Cockroaches will usually require more than 1 pest treatment at extra cost.
