Customer called to say their toilet was broken, so they headed out and bought a brand-new replacement themselves.

Only one problem… they couldn’t get the new toilet fitted!

So we turned up, got stuck in and fitted the new toilet.

This project was all about making the most of our precious rainwater for a passionate gardener!

Low shower pressure? We can find the cause!

The owner reported poor water pressure in the showers, so we investigated and traced the issue back to a faulty pressure-reducing valve (PRV) that had become completely encased in tree roots. 🌳

We carefully exposed the valve, removed the surrounding roots, and installed a new PRV. The area was then restored to how we found it.

The water pressure is now sitting at the recommended 500 kPa, delivering strong, consistent pressure and beautiful showers throughout the home! 💧🚿

💧 WATER MAIN LEAK REPAIRED! 🔧

This water main leak was causing a problem underground, so we excavated the area to locate the source and found a pinhole leak in the poly water main.

We cut out the damaged section and completed a proper repair before carefully backfilling with sand to help protect the pipe from rubbing against stones and prevent future damage.

The area was cleaned up and left looking like new! 👌

Another leak found, repaired and sorted!
