Bit of fun in the mud had by Dane, Jacko and young Nashy last week.

The boys did a cracking job of working through the s**tty weather to get a heap of roof area plumbed to the newly installed water tanks. Giving the owners around 250,000 litres of fresh rainwater to their homestead.

On top of the ripper of a job, the site was left cleaner than we found it as always πŸ‘ŒπŸ½

We’re definitely experiencing a large shift in people utilising rainwater and or treating the incoming council water to remove pollutants etc of late.

Reach out if this is something you’d like to discuss for your home or business.

Job well done fellas πŸ‘πŸ½

Both & look after a lot of up and coming athletes that we’re incredibly proud to sponsor and play a small part in helping them to reach their potential in their chosen sports.

This young athlete is a little bit different.

We’ve had the pleasure of seeing this weapon overcome so much bu****it in the form of life in general and incredibly s**t coaches who have both spoken to and treated her incredibly poorly, to the point the majority of people in her shoes would walk away from the game that she loves so dearly.

To her credit, and her legend of a mother’s credit, Shay cops her licks and gets to work and turns her β€œweaknesses” into strengths. Without an ounce of negativity or any complaining.
Year after year Shay’s growth as a footballer and person is as impressive as it gets and to see her awarded captain of the Suns Academy 18’s team as a bottom age player speaks volumes of her character and leadership and topping it off with her senior debut this week makes us all so bloody happy.

She’s not just a hard working and dedicated footballer, she’s also one of the wisest, caring, intelligent and humble human beings I know.

A lot of adults could learn a thing or two about the way you go about life Shay and we will continue to be one of your biggest supporters as you continue to make strides in everything you do.

See you tomorrow .mack1 bloody love ya and am really fkn proud of you mate!

Shoutout to plumber for receiving the call at 2pm on Monday, amidst the ridiculous torrential rain we experienced here in SEQ, and mobilising several pumps, generators and plant and getting out to this commercial site that was under water with the tenants suffering damaged stock and at risk of the entire site going under.

Jacko stayed well into the night using the pumps to shift just shy of 1 million litres of water from the site. Literally saving the tenants/landlord from a significant amount of damage to not just stock but to the actual building and critical plant and infrastructure within.

We’re incredibly proud of Jacko and the team for their efforts earlier this week. Love that the boys go above and beyond when it’s most needed to ensure our clients needs are met and most importantly, they are safe when Mother Nature decides to remind us how powerful she can be.

Thanks team πŸ™ŒπŸ½

A massive job well done to plumber Dane, with some help from young Mase, for wrapping up this Grease Trap install for the JLL team at Sanctuary Cove.

The job wasn’t without its challenges but the team was able to overcome them as per usual and carry out the works safely and to a high standard.

The site was handed back over to a pleased and impressed Facilities Manager this afternoon in a better and cleaner condition than when we arrived to site. Proving once again that the small things the team do differently to most others, makes a notable and always well received difference.

Job well done Dane & Maseo πŸ‘πŸ½

Some large scale pump maintenace completed for the legends πŸ”§

These pumps are part of the sites critical infrastructure and require regular servicing to ensure the islands sewerage can be pumped from the bowels (see what we did there!) of the building to the councils point of connection.

Both pumps were removed and serviced and fault tested on the same day and reinstated with no impact to the client at all βœ…

Some significant upgrades to the water supply for The Darling at The Star Casino here on the Gold Coast.

Planned and carried out to perfection by Dane & Jacko πŸ‘ŒπŸ½

Just about brings a tear to the eye seeing the oxy/acetylene still being put to good use on the odd occasion instead of b-press for a change.

Sort of surprised the young fellas knew their way around the torch and some solder πŸ˜‚

Terrific work gents πŸ”₯

Plumbers Pat & Craig pretty happy with themselves after replacing a failed backflow device at a shopping centre for our friends

A fair bit of planning to minimise water disruptions to the shopping centre went into this one but the boys were in and out swiftly with no hiccups.

Job fellas πŸ‘πŸ½

I’m not going to lie, this job was a stinker and a good reminder why you have exclusions in your quotes otherwise the kids would have been on a Maggi noodle diet for weeks πŸ˜“

A broken pipe in a newly handed over kindergarten. The original builder went ass up so we got the joy of looking after this one πŸ™ƒ

A CCTV inspection showing what looked like a pipe full of concrete when inspecting from upstream and downstream. Unfortunately once we had cut the slab out internally (with the genius aid of the tent to prevent concrete slurry getting scattered around the classroom) and externally (after cutting and jackhammering out the most absurd amount of footing over pour we’ve ever seen) we found there was a 1.5m section of pipe completely missing as a result of the excavator operator ripping it out when digging the footings in during the construction phase.

The boys managed to make it work though. Boring through the footing over pour and tunneling under the footing to pick up the drain on the other side of the footing under the classroom.

Champion effort by the boys πŸ‘πŸ½

All works were completed after hours for our friends and the feedback we received from all parties involved was outstanding, ensuring more flow on work from one of our major clients.

The lads, Dane, Jacko and Pat really put in the hard yards on this one and we’re thankful for your efforts boys πŸ™ŒπŸ½
