Recent civil works at Robina Hospital involved a 375mm cut in to exisiting manhole with 375mm C4 pipe and two precast pits. Trenches were over safe working height and shoring boxes were used to make it possible for the boys to work safely.

A concrete spoon drain was the best solution for this house that had severe stormwater issues under there house,
This drain was 16m long and connected to a 300mm stormwater pit. 2 layers of waterproofing will be added to this to stop any over flow get into the bricks.

Recently called out to a set of units in Mermaid Waters for a blocked drain, we inspected the line to determine a large crack had formed and was letting large roots enter the system. A plan was made with the Body corporate to get the work completed and we were in and out without a fuss.
