Not many jobs take two visits but with a heated spa, a cold dunk pool and a lap pool there was a lot to tick off. The owner told everyone there was a leak, everyone was telling him there is no leak. I told him to only leaks I don’t find are the ones that don’t exist. He repeated that after I found it. He was a happy man as his last water bill was 5k. The builder was saying it was due to the irrigation.

My client was in his 70’s and assisted me every step of the way while sharing with me when he fought for Australia, he spent 13 months in Vietnam. They spent a lot of money renewing the pool and spa, unfortunately it leaks within the concrete wall. Not going to be a cheap repair

Saw heaps of these, Port Jackson shark maybe and some eagle rays off Palm Beach. On some other footage it looks like a huge dark patch of bait fish

Noticed all this water vapour that has probably always been there. My new torch highlighted it nicely and you could see it swirling. Mist off the surf with salt in it that ends up on my windshield every morning, or Chemtrails

They were losing 1 litres every 3 seconds, old inlet was fixed with steel screws and wouldn’t shut off. Tomorrow morning they will check the water meter and see if I have to investigate further. A very hot work environment being a heated pool.
