Attention clients customers and friends. This is the size of hailstones SEQ has copped 2 weeks in a row now, as you can imagine these huge pieces will have been devastating to a lot of solar panels, so yes, we are absolutely inundated with calls for help or to “check their solar panels” at the busiest time of year it’s not easy to keep up, please be patient as we all try to work through this situation and the busiest time of year, we may not be able to get to your call, text, email, job, request immediately, so please be patient, we’re doing our best to help as many as we can, if you need help asap, please contact your insurance company and get them to send a “Make Safe” team and get the claim process going, we will then have to eventually get there to test and write a report the insurance companies because you’ll most likely need a new system, even if there’s only one panels broken, there’s always underlying problems that can cause massive problems like fires, please turn your system off if it’s stopped working after the hailstorms u til someone makes it safe and then tests and reports…..
