*STILL ONGOING BUT LOVING HOW THE 2 PRODUCTS COMPLIMENTS EACH OTHER

A simple Retaining wall to freshness up the front yard
Materials...
*Versa wall with Capping (charcoal in colour)
*Concrete Footing with Starter Reo Bars vertically and Horizontally
*Concrete Core Fill
*Drainage including Ag-pipe, Gravel & Geofabric
*Backfill
*CLEAN and FINISH

♻️[THE BEAST]♻️
So this was definitely one of my BIGGEST PROJECT if Not the BIGGEST
pretty much nesrly everything you are looking at was Builtby Myself& my lil crew.

Objective...
RETAINING WALLS
*Every wall used to be timber *)
*Now all walls & Garden/Footpaths Edging has built using 'VERSA-LOK' system blocks with Concrete Footings and Concrete Core Fill
*Blocks...400×200×200
**Render TBC

SWIMMING POOL AREA
*All Pool Area used to be Timber Decking
*After Replacing old wall with a Concrete Block RETAINING WALL the whole of the Pool area was filled using Filled Soil (50m3) before Forming, Plastic, Dowels & Steel in Preparation for Concrete Slab (16m3)
POOL COPING...Replaced to match new Tiles as well as a tile band along underneath Pool Coping to give modern look
*Tiled All Pool Area using Outdoor Tiles
*Tiles 450×450×8
* Organized by Client

BLOCK STAIRS
*Replaced Top Wooden Stairs using Same Versa-Lok Concrete Blocks
*Added new Stairs at Base of Hill for Easier Access to top of property & Safety
**Render TBC

FENCE
*Built new timber fence along neighbouring fence for Privacy and for a updated look
*Client Painting it to suit
*75×100×1.8 Hardwood Posts
*75×35×4.8 Treated Railings
*1.8m Standard Treated Pailings

Will show final Video 9nce RENDER IS COMPLETED & PAINTED

♻️[BRISSY JOB DONE]♻️
My little project in Brisbane finally finished & it came up.a treat. Sometimes Simple is Best & this little number was exactly that. My thanks to Junior & Kathryn for the opportunity.
The job was to Build...
*RETAINING WALLS
*GARDEN BEDS
*STAIRS
*PEBBLES (TBC)
*TURF
And all to be completed by Christmas.
We achieved that & more.

♻️[ALMOST THERE]♻️
This is one of my biggest Build and it's almost done. From what was a ridiculously Steep & overgrown Hillside to now a usable & family friendly backyard. I'm very happy with how it all came out. Just waiting on more cladding & A couple of little things and that should be a wrap. Thanks to Reine & Nicole for the opportunity.
