We're excited to announce another major project win with .

We're grateful for the relationship we've built with Mosaic, having the opportunity to work together on so many beautiful developments across SEQ. We love working with Mosaic because they hold their projects to a very high standard, and so do we.

Practical Completion has been achieved at Mater Hospital Springfield. 🏥

is proud to have worked alongside to deliver the full finishes package on this project: painting, rendering, signage, passive fire protection, and wallpaper application.

The new nine-storey facility delivers 186 public beds and a comprehensive range of services, including emergency, maternity, outpatient, allied health, pharmacy, and training facilities.

Healthcare builds ask more of every trade on site. Finishes have to meet hygiene and infection-control standards, passive fire protection has to perform exactly as specified, and every surface has to hold up in an environment that runs around the clock. There's no room for rework once a facility is live.

It's a sector the Usher Group knows well. From the seven-site Satellite Hospitals program to the painting and rendering package at Tweed Valley Hospital, our teams have delivered across some of the region's most significant health projects. Mater Springfield adds another.

A major milestone for a rapidly growing region - ensuring Springfield residents have access to world-class healthcare closer to home.

With more than 350 industry professionals on the water, the event continues to drive awareness and fundraising for the ’s goal of creating safe and stable housing for those in need.

As the Foundation marks 30 years of building homes and hope, the need remains urgent, with thousands of young Australians still experiencing homelessness each night.
