I was asked, can I strip existing paper and install this hand painted wallpaper before the shop opens at 10am this morning? I was home having breakfast at 9 am, then off to another install.
This install was hand painted in France, for the ‘Cartier’ Watch & jewellery store in Brisbane.

I’m probably a better paperhanger than photographer in all honesty, here’s some snaps of the finished product. I’m going back to finish some painting/staining once cabinetry is installed so might try my luck then.

Looks like I’m going to be having some fun with this room over a couple of days! May not be to everyone’s liking, but the clients are looking forward to a change when they get home 😉😉.

Come to Maroochydore and install some wall coverings they said, 1.220 wide acoustic, foam backing with a carpet face, cut to fit and let it ‘relax’ for a day or 2, it’s not pleasant to work with 😒😒.

Had an enjoyable mornings work yesterday, an 8 panel mural, this scene is far removed from our current weather I might add ☔️☔️

Had myself an enjoyable mornings work today, what started as your standard vj walls, transformed into a personal forest, cross lined to hide the vj, then install the mural 2 days later. I think this looks pretty damn good!
