From concept to completion, our team delivered a fresh new restaurant featuring custom joinery, signage, graphics, seating, and all the finishing touches that bring the Noodle Box brand to life.

After being missing for a few days, we're excited to officially welcome **Mary the Missing Tassie Devil** to the Melco team! 💚🖤

Mary brings a unique set of skills to the business, including:

✅ Appearing where she's least expected
✅ Quality control inspections
✅ Workshop supervision
✅ Professional lunch thief
✅ Head of morale and chaos

In fact, she's so good at working undetected that nobody actually realised she was already working here. 😆

She's settled into the workshop nicely and has assured management that any missing tools, lunches, or snacks are purely coincidental.

If you're visiting Melco, keep an eye out for Mary... although if history is anything to go by, you probably won't see her.
