A new beachfront project on the horizon. 🛠️

Our team will soon begin work on this impressive apartment development at Burleigh Beach, tiling one residence per floor across 17 levels. The project will feature premium materials throughout, including travertine and Taj Mahal stone across the wet areas.

Work on the first unit begins in the coming months, and we’re looking forward to sharing the journey as this incredible build progresses.

Our team is currently tiling the bathrooms for this home built by the Kenins Group, with the main floor areas coming next. Every stage carried out with the attention to detail and craftsmanship these builds deserve.

Meet Luca, the founder of Aesthetic Tile & Stone.

With 18 years of experience in the tiling and construction industry, Luca built Aesthetic Tile & Stone with a clear vision of delivering high quality craftsmanship, attention to detail, and promoting not just the tilers in the business as tilers, but as craftsman in their trade.

From overseeing large scale builds to working closely with clients, builders and developers, Luca plays a key role in leading a team of exceptional individuals to deliver the high quality work we are proud of in every project.

Outside of work, Luca loves the outdoors, in partucular bodyboarding and snowboarding as Luca's favourte sports. Life parter to Helena for the last 12 years and together have a beautiful 11 month old boy called Louie.

We’re proud to have the business led by someone so passionate about quality, people, and the ex*****on behind every project.

Another progress update from one of the biggest projects our team has been working on over the past months 🛠️

Work is currently happening across multiple areas of the property, with the team progressing on both sections of the driveway, continuing the alfresco and external terraces, installing splashback tiles around the range hood, and completing the cobblestones in front of the boathouse and main residence.

A project of this scale comes together piece by piece. With only a few weeks left, we’re getting closer to seeing the full vision come to life.
