When I first quoted this pool it had multiple different surfaces & coatings on it starting with concrete, painted with blue chlorinated rubber, then rendered over to enable the surface to be recoated with a white 2 pac epoxy. Everything was fully removed, down to the shell on the walls, with the floor being stripped back to the original concrete.
Finally the pool was redone in a white Pebblecrete with 20% clear glass beads. What a result!
