All ready for the colder months…. Fireplace built by in this open plan living area. We have used sustainably sourced spotted gum for the timber floors, which bring in warm tones to the space. You’ll be able to sit cosy inside and look out to expansive views of the canopy of the hinterland.

Photos of the library we built as part of a creative renovation project for clients in New Brighton. Completed in 2024, we had a lot of fun building this custom shelving with inbuilt lighting and glass doors. Such a beautiful and inspiring space for reading and relaxing. Home in the rainforest. Set high in the hills of Byron hinterland this home was redesigned to the highest standards of energy efficiency and thermal comfort. Anyone who has lived in the humid-subtropics knows the challenges of dealing with humidity and dampness. This home was build specifically to ensure there would be no mould issues by utilising passive house sustainability principles: exceptional insulation, high performance windows, airtight construction, mechanical ventilation with heat recovery (HRV), optimized orientation.
