Hands on Plumbing + Bathroom Renovations on the tools at Cambridge St.

Always great having these legends on site. The boys getting stuck in, keeping things moving and making light work of another stage of the build.

Good trades, good crew and plenty happening on site.

Things have really ramped up at our Cambridge St, Umina project.

After taking over and getting things back on track, the team have moved this one along quickly.

The finish line is getting closer, and there’s plenty more progress to come.

Two duplexes underway, one already sold and one remaining.

Sneaking another peek at Lot 17, our Narara acreage project.

A few minor upgrades happening here while Lot 19 next door kicked into gear.

All the creature comforts, luxury finishes and a few extras thrown in for good measure. This one is shaping up to be something truly special as it fastly approaches the finish line.

A little while back, the first slab went down on the first new build, two detached duplexes, with one already sold and one still available.

Enclave is moving quickly, and there are now very limited opportunities left to secure a property in our premier Central Coast project.

Another snapshot from Cambridge St, Umina.

ColorTile continued to stamp their mark across the site as this one continues to race towards the finish line.

Things have progressed rapidly from here, and we’re not far off wrapping this one up.

More progress to showcase, but this build is getting very close to the final laps. ✅
