My new project and day was interrupted in the most lovely of ways yesterday with the safe arrival of two beautiful babies from my dear staffy at my feet!
Only the two and yes one will need a home in the coming months all going well.
She just wanted to be close and touching me and I would study her feet every so often given her likeness to my latest project, As she is a most ferocious guard dog she is perfect as an art study with meaning.
A pure and valuable Staffordshire, I wanted to secure her lineage as she has also racked up five browns and counting. Yes I'm sure our house was built on a snake pit sadly as I don't like killing snakes, but it's her job and better than a child or us walking on one. And I am hoping she has got them all now as it's been quiet this summer. Thank goodness as we found a beautiful purebred match. His first litter, he took a little bit of encouragement as he had lived with a spayed female and wasn't sure 😄 but the task was complete and we now have a lovely new little painter in the family.
A new foot warmer and family friend and nanny. Simply perfect and very very cute ... Just had to share.
