I’ll be joining the upcoming Tag to Table event in Young, where I’ll be running a home butchering demonstration before the team from Local Land Services share some information covering livestock identification and traceability and seasonal animal health updates

If you’ve ever wanted to learn more about butchering your own sheep or understand where your cuts come from, come along and have a look.

How the time flies. This time 2 years ago with just a single trailer we officially began offering on farm butchering.

Now with 3 trailers running non stop and many amazing people met and friendships made I’d like to express my utmost gratitude and appreciation to all the past, recurring and future clients, family’s and individuals who have supported, used our service and made this all possible. Thank you all.

Please continue to share and tag your family’s, friends and neighbours to let them know we’re here, it’s been your incredible support and word of mouth that has allowed us to get the word out to so many.

I look forward to many more years of amazing early morning sunrises on route to work and sunsets as I wrap up another wash down helping you all enjoy the very best of your own home grown meat.

From last week, another fine beef on the hooks and a stunning sunset to enjoy the evening with.

I hope some of the weights lifted from all our farming friends with that great drop of rain and prospects are looking up as the cooler months move in.

Back again with this client and another hit out of the park with a beautifully finished jersey cross steer.
Can’t get much better than that scotch.

We are booked through most of May and parts of June and July so get in touch with me today and we’ll make sure your freezer stays topped up for the the cooler months
