Before and Afters of a Header Tank replacement. The old tank burst due to the age, was temporarily patched to keep it operational until the new tank arrived and was installed with a new float valve and outlet valve

Tap leak which turned out to be an unrepairable breech and leaking Brass Sink Waste. HJS Plumbing removed tiles, jackhammered the concrete wall, re-ran hot/cold underneath bench bringing out isolations with pressure limiting valves and installed a Pre-Rinse Sink Mixer. HJS also replaced the old waste with a 50mm DWV Waste, double bowl connector and new Plugs. HJS finished by installing stainless Cover plates

Beautiful New HAAS Tank installation
Once completed HJS installed the new 200mm pump line up into the top of the tank and a 150mm overflow out of the tank into the drain

Trenches Dug, Poly laid, backfilled and New Garden Tap installed to water the vegie patches aswell as laying an electrical conduit for the sparkys whilst we were on-site

Before and After shots, Attended site for a roof leak found water pooling behind 2 x drier flue Dektites and coming down the seams of the flues. We installed pan flashings from box gutter to ridge capping, replaced Dektites and sealed flues
