Our family and team have been proudly servicing Gympie and the surrounding areas with reliable air conditioning and refrigeration solutions, for more than 35 years!

As a second generation, family owned business, we’re proud to continue the legacy built on hard work, honest service and looking after our local community. Whether we’re installing a new air conditioner, servicing refrigeration equipment or helping customers when they need us most, we’re there every step of the way.

When we’re not on the tools, you’ll usually find our family cheering each other on at sport or hooking the caravan up for an adventure! Whatever we’re doing, spending time together and making memories is what it’s all about 🙌🏽

We’re incredibly grateful to call Gympie home, and even more grateful for the support our community has shown us over the years.

Job Title: Full-time Air-conditioning and Refrigeration Mechanic
We are a small local family-owned business that have been servicing the Gympie and surrounding areas for over 35+ years. Our business values high quality workmanship, exceptional customer service and team cooperation. We are now seeking a highly skilled Air-conditioning and Refrigeration Mechanic to join our team.
Our new teammate will be a qualified air conditioning and refrigeration mechanic (we would also consider a qualified electrician with their Certificate II in Air-Conditioning installation), have experience in installation, repair and maintaining air conditioning and refrigeration systems for both residential and commercial clients. Have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently as well as part of a team and a strong attention to detail.
This is a full-time position with an above award wage, benefits and opportunities for growth within our company.
Responsibilities will include (but not limited to):
• Install, repair and maintain air-conditioning and refrigeration systems
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical defects and malfunctions
• Perform routine maintenance work
• Respond to emergency repair requests
• Follow safety procedures and standards
• Maintain accurate records of work performed
Requirements:
• Relevant qualifications/tickets/licences
• Current Australian drivers licence
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills
• High level of attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
