As we wrap up another big year, we’d like to extend a sincere thank you to our clients, builders, installers and supporters. Your trust, collaboration and hard work have made this year a successful and rewarding one, and we’re proud of what we’ve achieved together. ✨ As the year comes to a close, we’re taking a moment to look back at some of RJPFI’s standout projects, including one of our most significant: the Victoria Institute of Forensic Medicine. ✨

This multi-year, multi-staged project (2024–2025) was delivered at a high-security, 24/7 operational forensic facility in Southbank, Melbourne. The VIFM Capital Works Upgrade strengthened critical infrastructure. Across nine carefully staged portions, our team ensured all works were completed without disrupting daily operations.

RJPFI’s flooring scope included 4,000m2 of:
✔️Coved floor vinyl
✔️ Vinyl planks
✔️ Carpet tiles
✔️ Wall vinyl

A huge thank you to our client, Built Enviro, for the collaboration on this $112 million project, with RJPFI delivering a subcontract package valued at $325,690.59.

Proud to be part of the new Medical & Wellbeing Building for the Bendigo & District Aboriginal Co-operative (BDAC) — a project dedicated to expanding culturally safe healthcare for the local Aboriginal community in North Bendigo.

Dreamtime Flooring was honoured to contribute to the interior fit-out, supplying carpet planks from the hugely popular Here Before range that support the building’s culturally meaningful design.

We’re proud to have contributed to the Community Health and Learning Hub for Bendigo Kangan Institute at Dhelkaya Health, Castlemaine.

🏗️ Builder:

📅 Completion: July 2025 (6 months)
💰 Value: $2.4M

This project saw the transformation of an existing hospital wing into a modern, purpose-built training hub, complete with realistic healthcare simulation spaces — including hospital, aged care, and home care environments. The facility will be a shared resource supporting Bendigo TAFE’s education programs, Dhelkaya Health’s workforce development, and Monash University’s GP training, helping nurture the next generation of healthcare professionals.

Our contribution included:
✨ 350m2 Coved Floor Vinyl
✨ 100m² Wall Vinyl
✨ 500m² carpet tiles
✨ 1,000m2 of 7mm screed

A great project completed at the Moondani Balluk Indigenous Centre, featuring a mix of high-quality flooring solutions across the refurbished space.

• 160 m² Bolon tiles
• 131 m² Comcork installation
• 412 m² carpet tiles
• Entrance matting supply & install
The updated facility provides a fresh, functional and welcoming environment for students, staff and visitors — reflecting the centre’s commitment to community and cultural connection.

✨ RJ Precision Flooring Installation contributed to the Consulate General of Malaysia in Melbourne project by installing 550m² of carpet tiles as part of a thoughtful, culturally grounded design by Chea Saw Architecture.

The project draws inspiration from the serambi — a traditional Malay verandah space for gathering and welcome — reinterpreted here as a warm, timber-lined reception and event area. 🌿🪵

Though not a recent build, the design continues to receive recognition, including accolades from the 2025 Australian Timber Design Awards and several other major industry awards. 🏆
