Project Completion: Olive Green, Caufield South
We’ve recently completed the aluminium cladding package for Olive Green, a 7-level apartment development located along the busy 380 Hawthorn Road tram corridor.
Developed by Freeman Group and delivered by Balmain & Co, with architecture by WMK Architecture, Olive Green brings a contemporary presence to the Caulfield South streetscape. The development features a distinctive combination of red brick, charcoal render and recessed balconies, alongside private balconies and a communal rooftop terrace overlooking the surrounding area.
For this project, our team supplied and installed over 1,200sqm of AODELI Australia NCP 4mm aluminium panels, finished in Signal Grey, White and Monument across the ground-level canopies, rooftop pergola and feature façade elements.
We also designed and manufactured 58 custom planter boxes in our Hallam factory, including the frames, tub liners and finished cladding, before delivering and installing them on site.
From design and detailing through to in-house fabrication and site installation, our end-to-end approach allowed us to manage the complete cladding package under one roof, delivering quality at scale.
