What does it actually take to connect a modular building?

When most people see a completed modular building, they don't see the work happening underground first.

For this project, our team installed a new sewer connection from the existing sewer shaft, connected the modular building's drainage fixtures, installed sewer venting, ran a new water service from the meter and fitted a hose tap.

It's the type of work that often goes unnoticed once everything is covered up, but it's what allows the building to function properly from day one.

Every connection below ground plays a role in the reliability of the services above it.
