The yard is full, and not in a way we like to see. The gear returned from NSW was pretty beat up and needed attention.

The tricky part is deciding what to fix, when to fix it, and how much to spend.

It’s a constant balance between being ready to work and protecting cash flow.

No guarantees. Just educated guesses.

If you’ve interacted with MCE, you likely know Richie; he’s the ever-positive, energetic, and hardworking team member at the yard.

Having worked for Rohan for 28 years, Richie has seen it all and does whatever it takes to get the job done. He tackles every task with enthusiasm and a smile, whether on the wash bay, setting up sites, plumbing, or any of a myriad of other tasks. His loyalty and kindness set an example for us all. There’s a thing or two we could all learn from Richie.

Captured my brother Max loading up the ZX360 to take it back to the workshop for some well-earned TLC. There’s not much Max can’t do, and everything he does, he does exceptionally well. Born into this industry, Max marks 12 years with MC Earthmoving this year… and he’s not even 30!
