We always love seeing a home reach this stage. After all the planning, decisions, site work and finishing touches, everything starts to come together — and the house begins to feel like somewhere a family can truly settle in and make their own.

This one’s a little closer to home for us..

Alongside our client projects, we’ve also been working away on our own family home —

The kids have been watching it happen from the dirt stage, through the machinery, the concrete, the framing, the scaffolding, the site visits, and all the “one day this will be our home” moments in between. And that’s probably the part that makes this one feel extra special.

There’s still a way to go, but we thought it was time to start sharing a little more of the process.

Because this is the part people don’t always see in the finished photos.

The early stages.
The decisions.
The progress that doesn’t look pretty yet.
The site days.
Tlhe problem-solving.
The little moments that remind you why you’re building in the first place.

We’ll keep sharing more of this one as it comes together — the real progress, the details, and eventually, the finished spaces too.

We’ve been a little quiet on here… but definitely not quiet on the tools.

After a bit of a posting break, we thought it was time to start sharing more of what we’ve been working on — starting with this beautiful new home filled with warm timber tones, soft sage greens, clean lines, black feature finishes, and plenty of natural light. ✨

This is the kind of home that feels calm the moment you walk in. A kitchen made for busy mornings, family dinners, cups of tea at the island bench, and the everyday moments that end up meaning the most. A bathroom that feels fresh and timeless. A laundry that actually feels nice to use. And open spaces designed for real life, not just the photos. 🙌

This stunning coastal dual occupancy blends so seamlessly, it’s hard to believe it’s actually two spacious three-bedroom homes — each with its own unique style and charm.
