Frames are up at North Richmond! 🏡

The roof framing on this one was no small feat, with plenty of trusses, hips and valleys making for quite the intricate structure. But doesn’t it look great all coming together!

It’s exciting to see the design really starting to take shape, with the roofline bringing so much character to the home.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

A refreshed look. The same BuildTec.

As BuildTec Homes has grown, so too has our style. We wanted to create something that feels more refined and more reflective of the homes we build and the experience we want to create for our clients.

While our logo may have slightly evolved, the things at the heart of BuildTec haven’t — quality, transparency and beautifully built custom homes.

Welcome to our new look, and the beginning of an exciting new chapter…with something else we’ve been working on coming very soon. 👀

What does it mean to be a custom builder? It means no two projects are ever the same. From first homes to luxury custom builds and complex structural projects, we love bringing unique designs to life—there’s not much that ends up in our “too hard” basket. 😀

This basement at our Campsie project was an impressive piece of engineering, featuring Dincel walls and a suspended concrete slab that now supports a beautifully custom-designed BuildTec home above. Swipe to see the construction process!⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
