This year I'm taking on the City2Surf in honour of my beautiful daughter, Florence, and to raise vital funds for Stillbirth Foundation Australia.
Losing a baby changes your life forever. It's a heartbreak that no family should have to face, yet every day in Australia families experience the devastating loss of a baby through stillbirth.
By supporting my run, you'll be helping fund life-saving research, improve care for bereaved families, and work towards a future where fewer parents have to experience this unimaginable loss.

Hi there

I’m Scott Florence father

On march 12th in 2025 we lost our little girl Florence to still birth

Words can’t describe the emotion that you experience with that and the only way I knew I could help was to start running again

And i decided that running city to surf was my way to give back to everyone who helped us through such an emotional time

And also to raise awareness for still born babies as we have found that without the support network the care is struggling

So this year We are trying to fundraise $2000 to help Stillbirth Foundation Australia. To accomplish this we have created a team called Team Florence. If you can, please help by fundraising alongside us in Team Florence.
