Happy second birthday Kate's Mowing!! 🤩

What an awesome ride it's been running my own business for two years! This year has been all about building our client base, learning lots, and getting a bit further out of the comfort zone.
A few highlights have been getting to meet some amazing people in our industry, attending tool shows and lawn expos, and being invited to speak on Aussie Lawnstars podcast which was an awesome experience!

Hi everyone!!

Phew what a craaaazy busy start of the year we've had! Lots of new lawns and gardens to look after, new runs opening up, and some exciting 2026 biz plans put into place 🤩 One more week before the kiddos go back to school, and then its full steam ahead!

I have two places left on my MORWELL run, and one more for my MOE/NEWBOROUGH run.
If you'd like your place quoted up for regular fortnightly mowing, just send me a message with your address and email and I can get that booked in for you!

A question I often get asked is if I do front yards only - and the answer is absolutely YES! I've always got room to squeeze in a front yard job so please feel free to get in touch. Front yards, nature strips, units courtyards- no job is too small 👌

Happy new year everyone! 🎉

Hope you all had a wonderful chrissy and new years with your loved ones 🥰

We've had a flying start to the year; I was back on the tools from the 2nd, we added a few new clients to the books, and I finally started chipping away at some overdue jobs around our place!

This year our youngest heads off to school, so I'll be opening up another couple of regular mowing runs for the start of February. If you'd like to be added to our list for fortnightly mowing, please send me a message and I can get you all quoted up!

I will have new openings in MORWELL, TRARALGON, CHURCHILL, and MOE/NEWBOROUGH.

Can't wait to get our new roster up and going, bring on a huge year!

How gorgeous is this yard! 🤩

A first visit back after a tidy up I tackled a couple of weeks ago. Absolutely stoked with how its looking so far!

Today I put a treatment down on the lawn to get rid of those pesky w**ds, and gave everything a touch up while I was there.
I get soooooo much satisfaction out of turning lawns like these around, it really is such a great feeling when you drive away from a property knowing you've left it looking schmick 👌

Holy moly, what a busy few weeks its been here; lots of mowing and gardening, meeting new clients, catching up on some work at home, and of course - having a chat with Garry Ashton on his amazing podcast! Phew, what a huuuuuuge week it's been - I'm knackered! 😂
In between the wild weather, I had my regular lawns, a tidy up, a few sprays, and a full lawn dig up and re-seed (super excited about that last one - I'll keep you all posted! 🤩)

The lawn in these photos is one of my regulars, a bit of a 'how it started, and how it's going' timeline. This lovely family reached out for some help last year, and after the initial makeover, I sprayed those nasty w**ds out and I've been chipping away at improving the lawn and garden with each visit.

I don't just mow lawns when I go to a clients place- if something gives me an eye twitch, I HAVE to fix it. I can't help myself!
I absolutely love lawns, so any in my care are kept w**d free, edges cut in and tidy, and as green and healthy as possible. Garden beds, paths, and driveways are sprayed and kept w**d free, and if any plant health problems pop up, I'm happy to help sort it!

In 2026 I'm planning to open up more spaces for regular clients when my youngest goes off to school, so if you're a little OCD about your lawn (or a lot) feel free to reach out and I'll put you on my list!

What a beautiful week its been! I'm so grateful that I get to work outside in the sunshine on such beautiful properties 💚

After my last post you guys blew up my phone - so now our Churchill, Morwell, Moe and Newborough runs are fully booked for the remainder of 2025! Thank you so much for supporting our family business 🙏
