This month, we’re shining a spotlight on Ollie.

Ollie joined us as a general labourer, and two years on, he’s grown into one of our most dependable team members. He’s recently stepped up into a Junior Foreman role.

We backed him in getting his EWP ticket, and it’s paying off: he’s out on site getting the job done, with the feedback from both our team and our clients to prove it.
Two years down, plenty more to come.

Over the past few months, Matthew has shown exceptional dedication on site, earning the respect of multiple site teams through his positive attitude and strong work ethic.

He’s taken every opportunity to learn, embraced new responsibilities, and continued to build his skill set along the way. Most recently, we were proud to support Matt in gaining his forklift ticket which is another great step forward in his career.

With teams spread across NSW, QLD, and VIC, getting everyone in the same room doesn’t happen often. So when it does, we make it count. This week we brought the whole crew together to celebrate our annual Christmas in July event, and it was a reminder of just how tight knit this team is despite operating across multiple states.
