🚨 PRODUCT RECALL - ZODIAC Z400 MD SWIMMING POOL HEAT PUMP🚨

At Fluidra, we take the quality and safety of our products very seriously, which is why we are issuing a product safety recall notification for the Zodiac Z400 MD Swimming Pool Heat Pump. This item was available for purchase between 1st December 2018 and 31st October 2023.

We encourage customers to cease using this product immediately and then to press and hold the ON/OFF button for 2 seconds to switch off, then disconnect the plug. If it is hardwired, turn off the isolator switch. Instructions on how to turn off the power are included on our dedicated recall website at www.zodiac.com.au/productrecall.

On the same website, please complete the online Booking Rework Registration Form to arrange for a technician to repair your Zodiac Z400 MD heat pump, free of charge. We are pleased to advise the release of the Electroheat ECO-V 31kW single phase top vent inverter pool heat pump model to improve our presence with this emerging technology in the market. The new unit utilises powder coat metal outer shell in the Waterco pewter colour and has heating and cooling capabilities.

What is special about this unit is the heating capacity which is the largest for a single-phase pool heat pump in Australia / New Zealand delivering a massive heat output of 39kW @ 27C air and 32kW @ 15C air.
