A really nice mould to start with. Sanded in and out as well as lightly media blasted to ensure mechanical adhesion. 2 pack hi fill primed. Let the primer cure then laid down some silver basecoat before abit of back masking then black and blue basecoat. 3 coats of clear then blocked back to remove the stripe edges before another 2 coats of clear. The client is happy with it and we're going to match the rest of the bike the same.

A recent exhaust that was coated off an extremely tidy VK Commodore sporting a strong 355 holden👌. The system was sandblasted internally and externally with the mufflers being plugged off internally.Then placed in the oven to perform the gas out process. Finally the system was coated in and out using Cerakote C-7600 Glacier Black for high corrosion protection and optimal heat performance.

Some 4 and 6 piston Brembo Brake Calipers for a VE Commodore Wagon. A few casting marks were removed before masking the bolt mount points and also where the brake pads fit into prior to the preparation stage.They were finally coated in Cerakote C-143 Stoplight Red and then cleared using MC 160 high gloss clear.

Another service we offer is smoothing casting surfaces for seamless finish. This turbo is going on a 32 rod diesel making all the torque. It was coated in Cerakote C-7600 Glacier Black.

Last job of the year. Thanks Danny for the opportunity to paint it. It was a complete strip and included splitting the mudguards to access all areas for future protection. The chassis was sandblasted and I painted it. I'll put another post of before and afterwards.
