Bray Constructions has cemented a strong reputation as a creator and builder of stylish and innovative design and high quality construction. A family-owned and operated company, Bray Constructions is known for repeatedly exceeding their customer's expectations. Bray Constructions has been able to grow primarily on the strength of recommendations from that customer base with little need for any other advertising. It's with this background that Bray Constructions continues to provide services that are turning dreams into reality, and creating new happy and often thrilled customers at every turn. Since it's inception in 1994, Bray Constructions has consistently delivered the best customer service and quality construction throughout Melbourne's Bayside suburbs, regularly being seen in Sandringham, Hampton, Brighton and Highett. Bray Constructions is a provider of complete planning and building solutions. Bray Constructions is not only strong with many years of experience but also has built an outstanding and extensive network of Architects, Structural Designers, Engineers, Consultants and other Associates that support and enable the construction of some of the most awkward and or difficult building projects. With designs prepared by the company's in-house design team and allied architects, Bray Constructions can start a building project with only your ideas and create a fabulous new home for you. Similarly for those who have completed their own design phase and have completed documentation, Bray Constructions can reliably turn these plans into the home of your dreams. Although Bray Constructions began in 1994, the family has been involved in the local building industry for much longer, resulting in long-standing relationships with many tradesmen. Bray Constructions has registration in domestic and commercial construction with the Building Practitioners Board and holds membership with both the Housing Industry Association and the Master Builders Association.
