DON'T FLUSH IT - BIN IT!!🚽🚽🚫🚫

With the current toilet paper situation we are getting called out already to houses for blocked toilets.

Why??

Because people are using alternate means to do their business. We understand it is a tricky situation but please remember not to flush:

🚫paper towel
🚫sanitary products
🚫wet ones or other wipes
🚫tissues

You are best to use recycled toilet paper as this breaks down the quickest. Having said that - use what you can get.

In light of recent and ever changing developments regarding the COVID-19 virus, we would like to update you on matters related to our services.

Aqua Plumbing are open for business as we are an essential service. Plumbing is deemed an essential service to maintain public health and home facilities.

We would like to stress that your health and the health of our team members is of utmost important to us. Our team members are fit and well and have not travelled or been in contact with anyone in self isolation or with the virus.

We are following all of the guidelines currently set in place and understand that this is a fluid situation that is changing daily. At this current point it is important that you understand our new practices required.

IMPORTANT

✅Please advise us if you have been unwell, temperature, coughing or sneezing or any symptoms and reschedule your appointment unless it is an emergency.

✅If you require urgent plumbing services and you have been unwell or are in quarantine or isolation, YOU NEED TO LET US KNOW. We would request that any requirements are given to us via email or text, please organize to leave the door open and practice social distancing.

✅All of our appointments must be non contact and we ask that you leave the room while we are at work.

✅We are practicing the standards of hand washing and using sanitizer along with other recommended safety measures relating to road travel, car hygiene etc
