Recent shed we’ve converted into a new storage area / packing room for the skin care clinic.

We project managed this whole job in house using our own trades and everything couldn’t have gone better. Will be doing a few more of these in the future. 🙌🏻

Stage 2 of our Orford project is now complete.

For a small job this sure did pack a punch, very Happy with the end result, Cant wait to see the finished product at hand over.

2024 8x5 single axle tipper trailer, jockey wheel, trailer brakes, spare tyre ect.

$50 per day
$200 for 5 days.

Requirements on collection.

$50 deposit. (Reimburse upon return of trailer)

Recently spent a lot of time doing courses and learning the ways of estimation using programs, would like to help and share my new skills with people who are still doing quotes by pen and paper. I spent years doing it this way and lost hundreds of hours from my life. 🤦🏼‍♂️

Packages start from $30

Package 1 - $30

Total m2 measure.

Package 2 - $40

Total m2, batten, insulation, selected plasterboard / villa.

Package 3 - $60

Total m2, batten, insulation, selected plasterboard / villa, screws, all tapes, any required bead work, base coat, top coat.

- Suspened ceilings.
- Level 5 finish walls and ceiling.
- Ezy Jam door frames.
- Reveal beads to all external windows and doors.

Another big job completed to a great standard by the team, a huge pain getting the ezy jams waiting over 6 weeks for them to arrive but we made it happen. fortunate to have the base we do and keep getting these sorts of jobs at such a low in the industry. Massive end of the year and 2025 ahead. 🙌🏻

Over 100 meters of tear away bead went into this gymnasim, took alot of effort from all of us a few naughty words here and there 😂 but once again clients are over the moon with their newest addition and we are happy to bring it too life.

📍 The Glass House, Brooke street pier

For 250m2 of plasterboard this one had more work in it than 3 houses combined, using 6mm curve sheild to get around the tight radius and trim-tex arch bead to keep the curve consistent.

Thank you Oak Building and Construction and Christian for the opportunity to show case our skill set and bring this project to life, can’t wait to sit down here for a meal once completed.
