Hi all,

We have closed our books for the remainder of 2022.

We are still operating and will be able to take on new clients from 2023.

If you would like us to build your future projects there’s a few things you can do in the mean time to speed up the process when you contact us.

🌳 Secure your block of land
✏️ Finalise your house design
🏠 Put your plans into your local council
💰 Get your finance underway and pre approved

Getting yourself ready to go for when we return will ensure there’s minimal delays in the process.

We have finally been delivered these rafters for our Forcett build. It’s really starting to take shape now, almost ready to get this roof on. The roof material will be another point of difference on this home using Structure Nail strip 38mm rib and a 380mm pan in Night sky Matt finish.

The product shortage has delayed us(and everyone else) a bit on this job.
We have been wrapping, cladding, deck framing and some painting to keep the job ticking over.

Roof rafters and roof set to go on over the next two weeks electrical and plaster to follow 🙌

2022 is booking up fast with lots of new tiny home plans in to councils and locked in.
