The customer waiting over 1 year for a recovered seat looks like. i havnt seen the rear seat yet.
2 springs placed across the seat to make it firm which are second hand.
The return spring placed between springs not doing anything.
drivers side corner spring broken and a furniture hour glass spring stuffed with foam clamped in place.
Behind that another furniture spring stuffed with foam.
passengers side not so important for the customer so another hour glass spring without foam clamped in place.
and the best yet interior rooflining velour used instead of Hessian on top of the springs.
I’ve been doing this job for 46 years and this oozes laziness corner cutting and an absolute disregard for the customer.
the customer is so upset he dosnt want to wait another year to get it repaired so i offered to do it in 2 days PROPPERLY.
