Yesterday we received a call for help from a neighbour of this property. They knew the owner was in hospital with his wife, and asked if we could assist in making it safe before the rains were due to come.

Within the hour we were onsite, undertook the required repairs and inspected the remainder of the roof to ensure no other defects were present.

We love doing our part for the community, especially during those hard times.

A huge effort from the team last week. We received a call about a property that was soon to be rented out, they had a long list to do, but needed a hand.

Our gardening crew hit the ground running, w**ding all garden beds, hedge pruning, then w**d mat and mulching to bring back the spark.

Our maintenance team also had lots to do, replacement of laminate panels in bathrooms, re-staining the bench top and front deck, replacing a hand basin, some plaster repairs and painting and silicone work.

Life made easy for the owner, the one contractor managing the whole project!

Last week saw the team tackle one of our biggest clear and cleans yet. The property had sat vacant for some time, and needed some TLC to prepare for a sale.

All items removed from the dwelling ✔️
Deep clean, removing years of grime and mould ✔️
Yard clean up, mowing, whipper snipping and a general tidy up ✔️

Thanks to the team for getting in and getting it done, with little complaining (I’m sure they had a few choice words to say when I wasn’t on site)

It’s a crazy world we live in, we never judge a condition of someone’s house and respect their privacy. It’s always worth checking in on our loved ones, friends or even a neighbour to see if they are okay.

Some recent high risk work removing some ivy, grasses and shrubs from a property in Salamanca for Elders Realestate.

The works consisted of traffic management due to working in a car park, fall arrest for the team working on the cliff face and other PPE requirements to ensure the job ran safely with no incident.

Once the top layer had been pulled out by the excavator, the ivy was hand removed from the rocks and building walls, and lifted out safely from ground level.

Thanks to the team at Moore Civil and Joe for operating the machine.

Our crews were kept busy after a call from MJR-Builders Pty Ltd requesting some assistance in dismantling and disposing of a shed and contents after an unfortunate fire.

The shed was made safe, contents removed and then dismantled and removed from site. A pressure clean of the slab and the area is now ready for a rebuild.
