Some recent works completed for a client of ours. The property was very overgrown, and assessor’s needed safe access to inspect the property.

You wouldn’t think this is in the middle of North Hobart, with no driveway and the only access through a top gate.

Some hard labour, removal of various green waste, rubble and rubbish, we found some old pathways and made the area visible and safe.

Looking forward to further works here in the coming months 🏡

We recently received a call for a property where the blackberries had overtaken, and were covering the septic tank.

With some careful operating, we managed to clear the area with no damage to any assets and the owner can now get the septic pumped with ease.

We love the tricky jobs, even if they do get a little sh*tty 💩 🏡

A recent vacant block clear for eldersrealestate in the CBD.

From heavily overgrown with w**ds, littered with rubbish and all things rubble, to clear and safe.

We will continue to maintain this block each month, with w**d spraying, rubbish removal and ensuring the temporary fencing is safe; because that’s the service we provide 🏡

A recent irrigation upgrade completed in Old Beach 💦

Our client recently had a new lawn and irrigation installed, but the irrigation system installed was not reaching all areas and didn’t seem right.

On inspection, we found a garden hose had been used to supply the pop ups, they had even cut in sprinkler heads on this hose (10/10 for innovation) so we decided to replace it all.

Our install:
Fully automated Hunter system 💧
Bluetooth operation ran through a simple app 💧
System designed to ensure all areas of lawn are covered 💧

Enjoy the green grass all year round, and no more needing the soaker hose!

Employee shoutout ⭐️

Today, Jenny was working in Lenah Valley, and heard a cry for help. She found a young boy and his little brother who had fallen over and needed some first aid.

Jenny and her offsider jumped in to action, got the first aid kit from the vehicle and helped them out. Once he was bandaged up and and given some water, they were on their way.

Not only do we provide the best care for our clients, but also the public!
