Client needed to section off end of verandah from where old decking is to be removed from. Due to there being an almost 3m drop without the deck there, it needed to have a new balustrade fitted for safety and legal purposes. New 50 x 50 powder coated posts were fitted to verandah c section and dyna bolted to solid concrete floor. The new balustrade is a Peak Aluminium system which is of high quality, strong hand and bottom rail, 38 x 16mm balusters with 100mm spacers to keep everything all locked in. All is powder coated white and is a classy finish.

Client wanted a better looking screening to the carport as the timber lattice had become old and unsightly. Remove all old timber lattice and replaced with new aluminum slats and channels, very happy with how it turned out.

Client had a gas heater removed from their wall. I timber framed inside the wall opening to allow new wall lining to be fitted to. Picture framed both sides and top of lining to complete. Painted lining in similar colour to existing wall. Very happy with the outcome.

New powder coated aluminium spear topped picket gate fitted to new 65 x 65mm powder coated steel posts. I installed a new double key cylindered lever set to new gate as per existing so gate is keyed alike to apartment.

New powder coated aluminium framed gate with horizontally fitted 65 x 16mm aluminium slats. A Lokk Latch Deluxe was fitted for security which are double keyed so gate can be key locked from both sides.
