The bedroom nook of our Studio K build.

Within a compact 36m² footprint, every element needed to serve a purpose. The central cabinetry unit became the defining feature of the space, creating three distinct zones: the bedroom nook, living and dining area, and hallway.

By designing around smart circulation paths, each area feels considered, functional and intentionally its own.

Our Charming Hart project in Lane Cove was described by The Designory Studio as “a home reborn” - a considered renovation that balances clean contemporary lines, warm refined interiors and effortless livability.

Cost engineering is not about reducing quality or cutting corners. It is about understanding how design decisions impact budget, construction methodology, materials, labour and timelines before the project progresses too far.
