"BTM has just completed renovating the inside of our home and we are thrilled with the outcome. This was a significant project involving a new kitchen, bathroom, replacing all the flooring on the main level, moving walls, building a mudroom and redecorating throughout.
The team's communication was great from start to finish - in terms of updating us about progress/timely discussions about variations etc. The couple of minor issues that inevitably arise on a project of this size were dealt with really swiftly.
Joel, who runs the company, struck a great balance between suggesting good ideas for the renovation, that we hadn't thought of, versus respecting our budget and lifestyle requirements, so we have ended up with a home we love. And the team on site were great to work with, very friendly and polite, which is important when they are in your house for months!
As far as possible they kept disruption to a minimum, cleaned up after themselves and worked around the fact that we lived in the property during the renovation. Charlie managed the project really well, so we could check in with him and trust that the work would be done well.
We will definitely use BTM again for future work and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them."
