We're hiring.

Insight Flooring is looking for a Construction Labourer / Trade Assistant to join our timber flooring team.

This is a full-time position working on premium residential homes across Sydney's North Shore, Northern Beaches and Eastern Suburbs.

You'll be working alongside experienced tradespeople, assisting with site preparation, floor preparation, deliveries, timber flooring installation, custom stair work and general trade duties.

No timber flooring experience? That's okay.

If you've worked in construction, are physically fit, reliable and genuinely want to learn a skilled trade, we'd like to hear from you.

What you'll need:
• White Card
• Driver's licence and reliable transport
• Good attitude and willingness to learn
• Reliable and punctual
• Full Australian working rights

What we offer:
• Full-time employment
• Immediate start
• $35–45 per hour + super (depending on experience)
• Weekly pay
• Stable work
• Opportunity to learn specialist timber flooring, parquetry and custom stair installation

Looking for an experienced and skilled timber flooring installer to join our team! We are a well-established flooring company that provides high-quality flooring services to our clients.

The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in installing timber flooring and should possess excellent attention to detail, communication, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Installing, sanding, and finishing timber floors
- Preparing the installation area and ensuring proper subfloor preparation
- Inspecting and assessing the area for potential installation issues
- Maintaining clean and safe working conditions on the job site
- Communicating with clients to ensure their needs and preferences are met

Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in timber flooring installation
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to problem-solve on the job
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
