One passionate builder. One set of skilled hands.

Every time I share one of Dan’s projects, people are surprised to learn there isn’t a crew behind it.

This outdoor space has been built almost entirely by one man (one man, and his trust scissor lift!)

Dan stood every steel post, built the roof structure, framed the deck, installed the roof & ceiling, handmade and installed the balustrade, laid every deck board and fitted the French doors that now connect the home to the outdoors. All completely solo.

Ok.. but my contribution was keeping the lunch deliveries on schedule, also important 💁🏼‍♀️

Day after day, it’s just him on site. No team of chippy’s or subbies. No labourers. No project manager directing traffic. Just a builder who honestly loves the process of creating something from the ground up.

The sparky is up next here, and then it’s handover! Just in time for our clients to enjoy one of the best outdoor spaces you could ask for during the Darwin dry season, overlooking their yard and stunning swimming pool.

When renovating, we approach every room with the same design mindset: warm, cohesive and beautifully finished. The result is a home that feels intentional from front door to guest bedroom.
