ELECTRICIAN – A GRADE
Howlong Electrics is a growing family owned company servicing domestic, light commercial and rural electrical installations, maintenance and repair projects, operating for over 22 years. We are based on the Murray River in Howlong NSW and service a wide area including Albury/Wodonga, Corowa and surrounds.
Due to our continued growth we are currently seeking experienced A-Grade electricians to join our friendly team for an immediate start.
We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, self motivated, focused and reliable. Liaising with our valued customers and some supervision of apprentices will be required.
We are seeking electricians skilled in a range of facets of their trade with work including but not limited to:
• Knowledge and experience of domestic, rural and light commercial electrical projects.
• Power, lighting, data and phone cabling, rough-ins, fit-off, switchboard installations
• Fault finding and problem solving
• Renovations, maintenance and repairs
• Air conditioning installations
• Experience / knowledge in the Solar industry will be an advantage!
• Extra training available if required for the right candidate!
To be successful in the role you will require:
• NSW A-Grade electrical trade qualification (additional VIC A-Grade licence is an advantage)
• OH&S Induction (White Card)
• Unrestricted Driver’s Licence and own reliable transport to workshop.
(Note: Vans are provided for travel from workshop to job sites)
• Working at Heights ticket is an advantage
• EWP and any other tickets favourable but not essential
• Well Organised and have excellent communication skills
• Be a team player with a strong work ethic and take pride in your quality workmanship
• Be productive to complete tasks within suitable time frames.
