If you had a pump within the last few weeks, you might’ve seen a familiar face driving the truck instead of Aidan.
For a week while we went on a quick family holiday, Allan came back to keep big blue servicing the Ingham community on our behalf & we cannot thank him enough for jumping back in the drivers seat to help us & our customers out 👏🏽

We always let our customers know wipes SHOULD NEVER be flushed down the toilet.
It can do the obvious damage listed in the shared post, but also it may cause blockages & disruption issues within your septic system itself ⚡️

The vac trailer has seen every part of Ingham the last few weeks & the schedule has kept both the AKG truck & trailer busy!

A day trip to Bluewater to assist some of our local electricians on a job, digging for the plumbing teams, building crews & concreting businesses on their sites, helping our local community at their homes & heaps more has kept the trailer running on the daily.

We appreciate every customer that trusts us to carry out their work, recommends AKG & keeps coming back for the quality service you deserve.

What is Hydro excavation?
‘Hydro excavation is a non-destructive, "soft dig" process that uses pressurized water (roughly 2,000 PSI) to break up soil, which is simultaneously removed by a powerful vacuum system into a debris tank. This safe, precise method minimizes damage risks to underground utilities, making it ideal for congested or sensitive excavation sites.’

A freshly pumped tank is a good tank 🤌🏽

Don’t wait for an emergency of having an overfilled tank & the unpleasant smell that comes with it, if you can’t remember the last time your septic system was pumped… chances are it’s due to get done 👋🏽

Wet yard? No worries 💧

With over 40 metres of hose on the septic truck, we don’t even need to park in the yard if the distance is doable!
A reminder to stay ontop of your tanks maintenance to keep it as safe, healthy & long lasting as possible- this includes NEVER flushing wipes down the toilet! 👀

If you aren’t sure when the last time was that yours was pumped out, it might be time to get in touch with us to get booked in. Or, if you know there have been wipes flushed into the system, definitely get in touch so we can get them removed so they don’t affect your tank in the long run!

Merry Christmas from the G’s to all our AKG customers, Facebook family & Hinchinbrook community! 🎅🏽

Thank you for another year supporting our little family owned & operated business. We’re grateful to be able to service our community with both the pump truck & vac trailer, but we’ll be on a little break until the New Year comes around to get some family time in while we can ❤️‍🔥
