FUEL INCREASE WITH CURRENT GLOBAL SITUATION - BROADLEY'S LAWN AND MAINTENENACE SERVICE

Morning to all our great customers,
We thought we would let you know when price rises are about to occur and the reasons why.

Situation-
-Currently with the conflict in Iran and the rush on fuel supplies in the region the price of fuel is skyrocketing, unfortunately we do not have much wiggle room, as we give really good prices first time.
Result of conflict and panic buying -
As a result of the current 7 days of fuel price increase, we will have to do the same, the bigger the mowing job, the bigger the increase, as people forget also that we have to transport the mower to and from that location, the price for that alone with current price rises can see prices in some cases doubling.
We will try our best to only charge what has been increased, eg fuel and drop back hopefully soon as this conflict finishes, but as you all know, as soon as fuel goes up, so does everything else.

It’s with great sadness we share this very sad news.
Shane will be deeply missed in the community. He was great to work alongside in the community.
Our extended condolences to Shane’s wife and family.

It is with profound sadness that we inform you of the passing of Shane Hutchison, Director/Proprietor of LGHM, on 11 January 2026 due to a very tragic accident.

During this difficult time, the business will be temporarily pausing all services, effective immediately, to allow the family and the estate's executor time to manage arrangements and determine the future of the business. We understand this may cause an inconvenience and we sincerely apologise. We appreciate your understanding and patience during this period.
