JSLC Maintenance is a fast growing business and is looking for an enthusiastic Tractor & Combo Operator to join our team located in North Ipswich!

This position involves independently operating modern equipment. Tractor / excavator & bobcat, for an immediate start. Truck & trailer experience essential.

Communication / customer services & satisfaction key, attention to detail is a must. All aspect of earthworks, majority of tractor operating will be slashing.

Responsibilities
▪ Pre-Starts
▪ Great communication skills / software & phone smart
▪ Up to date phone (iPhone preferable) for uploading fuel receipts and work scheduling
▪ Greasing / maintenance of equipment


Understanding & competency of the following
▪ Tractor slashing
▪ Excavator
▪ Skid steer
▪ Understanding of maintenance / diagnose issues & fix problems

Requirements
▪ Tractor, excavator & skid steer tickets are required
▪ Truck license (Mr) with tipper experience
▪ Ensuring the expected standard of quality work is always maintained
▪ Must be able to work unsupervised

The position available involves working closely with disability clients. Communication and attention to detail is a must.

Responsibilities
▪ Pre-Starts
▪ Great communication skills / software & phone smart
▪ Up to date phone (iPhone preferable) for uploading fuel receipts and work scheduling
Understanding & competency of the following
▪ Mowing (walker / ride on & zero turn)
▪ Edging / whipper snipping
▪ Plant & w**d identification
▪ Hedging
▪ Understanding of maintenance / diagnose issues & fix problems

Requirements
▪ Previous lawn care experience is desirable – on the job training is included
▪ Must have a blue & yellow card
▪ Must have covid double vaccinations
▪ Must have current police check for immediate start

Casual Structural Landscaper

JSLC Maintenance are seeking a Qualified Landscaper to join our team on a casual basis.
A good level of strength & fitness is required.

Operations days Monday - Friday, we are seeking the expertise of a qualified structural landscaper to help with the following.
FENCING, RETAINING WALLS, CONCRETE, TURF, PAVING, GARDENING (With a strong understating of plants)

We are seeking someone very hard working, with a good eye for detail, that takes pride in there own work. We are after a serious and motivated person who are able to be trusted and look after job sites as on occasion they will be on there own.

You will be required to jump in with the maintenance crew when required, all training will be provided.
