We started off renovating this nice green patch as normal, treating for thatch build up and some compaction issues. But we also discovered some extensive mite damage. So we held off the topdressing for a day, while the customer treated for mites and topdressed the following day.
Hopefully with a follow up spray in a week or two. This lawn will be back and better in no time.

This couch lawn received a full renovation, with the customer to the topdressing. Scalp dethatch core and topdressing. Using some lawnpride and plant doctor products.

This green couch received a scalp, dethatch, core, and a topdress, using a washed pit sand.

This blue couch received a bit of attention, with a scalp coring and a topdress, two weeks later and it's look amazing.

Another nice blue couch here in Ipswich. Some coring to help with compaction and thatch removeral. A topdress from centenary landscapes And in a couple weeks and should be back even better.
